I'm a practice manger to a 5 doctor small animal hospital with 30 employees. I oversee purchasing, marketing, client service, HR, accounting, and benefits. I also fill in as a tech and CCS when needed. It is a daily goal to make every experience with our clients a 5 star experience.

It instantly goes to the distributor so products can be shipped out quickly. This time saving feature makes a big difference in a busy practice.
Favorite Veterinary Life Hack
We love to use Feliway for our crabby kitties. It definitely makes a difference with them in the exam room, as well as in treatment. By spraying a towel with it and placing it over their carries for a few minutes, the kitty is much more agreeable than when it first comes in.
Reasons I love working in the veterinary field
I find it so rewarding to nurture my team and help them individually grow. By mastering new skills, no matter the size, is a great confidence builder to the staff. Developing leadership skills with them is invaluable.
