I'm currently the Pharmacy Manager at Mt. McKinley Animal Hospital. My responsibilities include all management aspects of inventory, demand forcasting , ordering, receiving, pricing, software usage, programming , managing online pharmacy and data evaluation of all products and sales. In addition I am the facility manager of this practice where I manage all maintenance for our 8,000 sqf building and all of our medical equipment .

Favorite Veterinary Life Hack
The veterinary field is full of great ways to recycle. We save IV lines, they have all kinds of uses cut to different length. We use them for trach tube ties, to tie on old IV bags that cover bandages on feet, and lastly to hold on plastic e-collars.
Reasons I love working in the veterinary field
I have always said the veterinary field has always been rewarding because it offers something to learn every day. I have been in the field for 17 years, I like many started as a technician, and took on inventory as a need in an ever growing clinic. The process was challenging, but was very rewarding when you can make a difference for clients by having available what they need for their pet when they need it. I wish Vetcove was around 10 years ago when I was learning this process, it would have been a resource I would have definitely used!
