I am the practice owner and Hospital Director for two practices - - Windsor Veterinary Clinic, PC and The Downing Center for Animal Pain Management, LLC. I am a pain management expert with two human pain management credentials, as well as credentials as a veterinary pain practitioner, an animal chiropractor, a medical acupuncturist, and a board-certified sports medicine/rehabilitation specialist. In addition, I am a Clinical Bioethicist, having trained at the Union Graduate College and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.
