The Switch Supplier button on the shopping cart page is a lifesaver! I use it to move items around between my vendor carts when something goes out of stock or I don't meet a shipping minimum requirement. It saves me from having to go and search items all over again.

Treat each client as if it were your parents! Relate to them on a personal level and you will be surprised what you get in turn. Also, when life hands you lemons, make lemonade!
